REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package is opened.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping and send the correct product at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
